“Operation Green Beret Hero” was the mission to bring each surviving Green Beret Medal of Honor recipient to the SFA 2016 Conference in Jacksonville, Florida, June 12-19, 2016
At the Conference, these great Americans were honored and recognized for the great sacrifices they made for their fellow soldiers and for their country.
The Northeast Florida Chapter 88, located in Jacksonville, received its charter from the SFA in 2004.
Members are active duty soldiers of the United States Army Special Forces, the Army National Guard Special Forces, retired members and veterans (former members) of the U.S. Special forces.

To honor these amazing Americans, each living Green Beret Medal of Honor recipient was invited to Jacksonville as the Conference's Guests of Honor. This amazing event will gave us all an opportunity to "Walk with Giants."
